Methodical approaches to estimation of cost of business of in-dustrial enterprises (p. 85 - 88)
The review of modern methodical approaches to estimation of cost of enterprise is conducted in the article, the limitations linked with the use of property, profitable and comparative approaches are described. The ways of perfection of profitable approach, which allow to conduct estimation of cost of business from point of his current proprietor and in the conditions of undeveloped fund market, are offered. The ways of perfection of comparative approach, which allow to take into account the changes of reputation of enterprise, are offered, and also allow to apply him to the enterprises which only plan going into an international fund market.
