The evolution of the use of information technologies and systems in the higher school (p. 17 - 19)
The dialectic of evolution of the functional capabilities of information systems on the example of the history of the automation of management in higher educational institutions for the last 50 – 60 years is traced. Forecast of development of these systems for the nearest period is proposed.
