Formation of Competitive Advantages of Human Resources in the National Economy (p. 29 - 34)
The article considers the problem of formation of competitive advantages of human resources. The article studies this problem with the use of system approach, institutional methods and universumics. It analyses various approaches with respect to the role of a human being in public production. It explains and groups the notions that identify competitive advantages of human resources, among them – development of human and social capitals. The human capital is considered as the economic form of realisation of human resources. The article shows importance of development of human capital in intellectual production, which forms creative qualities of a human being, and the creative person becomes a bearer of the creative potential of human resources and competitive advantage of the national economy. Social networks and social capital are considered as necessary conditions of formation and realisation of human capital – a component of human resources. The article provides the author’s definition of competitive advantages of human resources and their main factors. Human resources are defined as a relatively detached subsystem of the national economy, competitive advantages of which are a factor of competitiveness of the national economy.
