The Reserves for Enhancing Financial Security of the Agricultural Development (p. 274 - 280)
The article is aimed at defining and substantiating the reserves for enhancing financial security of the agricultural development. It has been proved that, as result of the deteriorating financial security of agricultural development, the country’s food security balance becomes disrupted; food availability, solvency and financial independence of economic entities can be reduced. It is substantiated that there is a need to systematize reserves for enhancing the financial security of agricultural sector by elemental composition, which includes the following: security of protection by the State, debt security of agriculture, security of financial solvency, security of financial independence, banking security, security of foreign economic activities, and security of the non-banking financial market. Their integrated implementation will enhance the competitiveness of agricultural products, increase the efficiency of financing the industry, improve the indicators of financial independence and solvency, and enhance the country’s national economy.
