Abstract:
The importance of studying the adaptation of agrarian business investment strategies in wartime to ensure the country’s food security and sustainable development of agriculture is substantiated. The article is aimed at analyzing the specifics of adaptation of agrarian business investment strategies under martial law, identifying key factors influencing investment decision-making, and developing recommendations to improve the efficiency of investment in crisis circumstances. The process of adaptation of investment strategies of agrarian business in Ukraine under martial law is studied. The key challenges facing agrarian companies have been identified, including reduced security, instability of market conditions and restrictions on access to financing. The impact of changes in demand for agrarian products, as well as the role of State support in the formation of new investment priorities, is analyzed. Particular attention is paid to the introduction of new technologies and digitalization of processes that help farmers optimize production and reduce costs. Methods of comparative analysis are used to evaluate investment strategies implemented by different agrarian companies. Special attention is paid to the prospects for the development of organic farming, alternative energy and processing of agrarian products, which open up new opportunities for investors. It is substantiated that the successful adaptation of strategies involves the integration of government funding programs, international security guarantees and the introduction of modern technologies. The results of the study indicate the need for flexibility and innovation in investment approaches that can ensure the sustainability of the agrarian sector in times of crisis. The main trends in the development of the agrarian sector are proposed, which will make it possible to adapt to the dynamic conditions of wartime and emphasize the importance of international cooperation to attract investment in the post-war period. Practical recommendations are also offered to minimize risks and increase the efficiency of investment in the agrarian sector of Ukraine, contributing to its competitiveness in wartime.
