Abstract: The article discusses the strategy for ensuring energy security management of enterprises in conditions of entropy through an integrated approach. Special attention is given to the issue of diminishing returns on investment as energy projects scale up, where each subsequent stage may bring less benefit compared to the previous one. It is noted that the strategic task of the enterprise is to find the optimal balance between investments and savings, which requires continuous updating of methods and models to ensure effective energy security management. The article also emphasizes the importance of long-term planning to reduce energy dependence and enhance energy security for enterprises, particularly through investments in solar energy. It is shown that another important aspect is strategic planning, which involves long-term evaluation of investment projects in energy infrastructure, considering changing market conditions and technological innovations. Since initial investments can be significant, enterprises must plan their energy strategies in such a way as to achieve optimal savings with minimal costs while ensuring the stability of energy supply and reducing the risks of energy losses. The article demonstrates that the integration of innovative technologies into the energy systems of enterprises is a necessary condition for ensuring high efficiency and competitiveness in the face of constant change. Updating the technological base helps reduce the cost of energy installations and improve their productivity, which, in turn, allows for significant economic benefits at all stages of the operation of energy systems. It is substantiated that to ensure effective energy security management in conditions of entropy, an integrated approach must be applied, combining strategic planning, economic analysis, and the introduction of innovative technologies that form the basis for the development of a strategy to ensure this process. The article shows that the implementation of investment projects at Zaporizhzhia Nuclear Power Plant (ZNPP) should be carried out considering long-term economic and environmental benefits. Optimizing energy costs, integrating innovative technologies, and effectively utilizing renewable energy sources can significantly enhance the energy independence of the enterprise and contribute to its stable development in a changing external environment.
