Abstract:
This article is dedicated to exploring the role of enterprise capital in the context of the modern Ukrainian economy, which faces complex challenges, including economic crisis, war, and the rapid development of digital technologies. According to the authors, enterprise capital goes beyond traditional financial understanding, encompassing intellectual, human, social resources, and digital assets. This comprehensive approach to capital enables enterprises to adapt to dynamic market changes, invest in innovation, and ensure long-term competitiveness. The article analyzes how the digital economy transforms the structure and functions of capital by adding elements such as data, software, and digital platforms, which become essential parts of a successful business operation. A critical aspect discussed is also the management of human capital, including investment in the development of employees' skills and competencies to adapt to digital technologies. The study examines the impact of innovative solutions such as Artificial Intelligence, Big Data, and the Internet of Things, which support operational process optimization and increase enterprise efficiency. In the context of the modern Ukrainian economy, which is undergoing transformation, adapting to digital realities becomes a crucial factor for the survival and growth of enterprises. The article highlights the importance of a comprehensive approach to capital management, which allows for the creation of new growth opportunities, cost optimization, and market position strengthening, achieving a synergistic effect from the integration of various types of capital.
