Abstract: The article is devoted to the consideration of the peculiarities of Ukraine’s integration into the world labor market through the import of capital. Based on the analysis of the national regulatory and legislative framework and the developments of domestic and foreign scientists, the main factors that the State must take into account when improving the system of the State management of integration processes have been identified. The peculiarities of the implementation of the policy of relocation (evacuation) of production facilities by companies (residents and non-residents) are described. The authors’ attention is paid to high-tech enterprises, their role and policy of ensuring the security of foreign economic activity. The conclusions of the article are verified by real examples from the economic activities of companies. The action of the mechanism of foreign investment as a way of integrating Ukraine into the world labor market in the conditions of war is outlined and some examples of transnational companies that have become large investors (for example, Nestl? S.A.) are studied. Ukraine integrates into the world labor market by transferring national producers of their own production capacities to other countries (imports Ukrainian capital). The national features of integration of Ukrainian transnational companies into the world market are considered. It is proved that the high intelligence of the Ukrainian labor force made it possible to actively integrate into the national labor markets of other countries during martial law imposed in Ukraine. The main conclusion is made that Ukrainian enterprises move their own production of goods and services abroad in order to secure production facilities and assets, as well as to deepen integration. With the extensive development of integration processes, the benefit from the use of highly qualified foreign labor resources is not the primary motivational element of the relocation of production for Ukrainian enterprises. It is proved that the integration of the Ukrainian economy into the world economy through the import of capital today can become the main method of ensuring the security of the enterprise in general and its foreign economic activity in particular.
Keywords: security of foreign economic activity, globalization, integration, import of capital, migration, competition, competitive advantage.
