Abstract: The modern economy is increasingly focused on knowledge, technology and innovation as the main drivers of development. In this context, innovation parks become important for creating a favorable environment for scientific and technological achievements, entrepreneurship development and commercialization of innovations. They represent platforms that unite science, business, and the State, ensuring efficient interaction between researchers, entrepreneurs, investors, and other participants in the innovation ecosystem. Innovation parks are an important element of infrastructure that contributes to the development of the latest technologies, scientific research and support for startups. They provide a resource base for the implementation of innovative ideas, providing entrepreneurs and scientists with all the necessary conditions for scientific and technical activities and business. The creation of innovation parks in Ukraine is a significant step towards building a national innovation system that can be competitive at the global level. The aim of the article is to study the conceptual foundations of the development of innovation parks, study their role in economic development and determine the factors that ensure their efficiency. The methods used in the study: analysis, synthesis, deduction, induction, generalization, comparison, logical method, tabular and graphical methods. The conceptual foundations for the development of innovation parks provide for the creation of conditions for close cooperation between scientific institutions, business and government agencies. This allows you to optimize the use of resources, provide access to the latest technologies and integrate innovations into the real sector of the economy. An important component is also the development of human capital, the formation of conditions for professional growth and advanced training of specialists in the field of the latest technologies. For the effective functioning of innovation parks, it is necessary to ensure their adequate funding, legal support, as well as stimulation of international cooperation. In the context of globalization and rapid technological changes, innovation parks are becoming not only a place for scientific research, but also centers for creating competitive products and services that can be implemented in international markets. Thus, the development of innovation parks is an important component of the innovation strategy on the part of the State, contributing to the development of the national economy, support for technological innovations and integration of Ukraine into the global economic, scientific and technical space.
