– formation of a socio-economic mechanism to ensure effectiveness of personnel management;
– formation and effective use of intellectual, human and social capital;
– public administration: methodology and concept of formation.

Author of more than 300 publications, including 15 monographs, 6 course books, 4 study guides (3 of them with the stamp of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine).
