Forms of Public-Private Partnership in Ukraine (p. 65 - 70)
The article is aimed at systematization of legal possibilities for provision of functioning and development of the State-owned industrial enterprises of Ukraine by means of public-private partnership as an alternative to privatization of such enterprises. It has been proven that reducing the financing for the development of economic activities in Ukraine occurs against the background of growth of the State budget volumes. In the context of reducing the expenditures of the State budget, privatization of the State-owned enterprises has become a source of budgetary incomes. Systematizing the legislation of Ukraine in the part of opportunities of cooperation between the State and private capital provides for generalization of forms of public-private partnerships, including: concession, rental, lease, joint activities, production sharing agreement. There are both alternative forms of partnership and those that are implemented in some narrowly defined spheres of economic activity. Classification of forms of partnership allows to achieve the purpose which is conform with economic policy of the State.
