Abstract:
The article is aimed at studying the activities of the System of Chambers of Commerce and Industry of Ukraine in the direction of stimulating economic activity, assessing the dynamics of the volume of services provided by the Chambers before (2019–2021) and after the onset of the russian full-scale invasion of Ukraine (2022–2023), as well as determining the level of efficiency of the Chambers in reducing various kinds of trade barriers, increasing the competitiveness of economic entities in Ukraine, especially in the extremely difficult conditions of today – the pandemic in 2020 and the full-scale invasion launched in 2022. As a result of the study, the role of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry in stimulating the development of Ukrainian business and improving the overall business environment is determined, which will further contribute to the economic development of Ukraine as a whole. The main areas of practical assistance provided by the Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce and Industry System to small, medium and large businesses, as well as individual entrepreneurs in conducting various trade and economic operations in the domestic and foreign markets are allocated. The possibilities and advantages of grant and program funding accumulated by the CCI System, which are aimed at the development and restoration of Ukrainian business, have been surveyed. Prospects for further research in this direction are the study of the role of the Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce and Industry System in the post-war economic recovery and promotion of the digital transformation of the Ukrainian economy and deepening their cooperation with international NGOs and other organizations to strengthen foreign economic relations, which will enable to analyze the impact of the Chambers on the integration of Ukraine into new global value chains in order to increase the level of economic sustainability of the country in the context of constant economic and economic political challenges.
