Abstract:
The characteristic features of the external environment in which enterprises operate are instability and uncertainty, the basis for the occurrence of which is the existence of a large number of agents of economic relations in the market environment. This has an aggressive impact on the behavior of economic entities, disrupting the process of their normal, planned functioning, leads to an unexpected loss of resources, which, in turn, leads to the need to develop a system for supporting decision-making in the stochastic, fluctuating conditions. That is why the development of effective instruments for managing the economic behavior of an enterprise, namely, mechanisms, technologies, algorithms, models, acquires a special role in modern conditions of economic management. The article is aimed at forming conceptual and methodological foundations for building a mechanism for managing the economic behavior of an enterprise, taking into account the sensitivity of the type of economic activity to fluctuating disturbances of the external environment and its resource capabilities due to the stage of its development. The carried out analysis of scientific achievements has shown that the mechanism of management of the economic behavior of an enterprise should be based on the principles of management theory, the theory of active systems and synergetics, which determines its key role in the process of knowledge management in the organization. The article presents a conceptual scheme of the mechanism for managing the economic behavior of an enterprise, which takes into account the stage of development and the sensitivity of its type of economic activity towards external disturbances. The mechanism consists of three main stages: 1) building an information space for studying the economic behavior of the enterprise; 2) diagnostics and modeling of the economic behavior of the enterprise; 3) management of the economic behavior of the enterprise. The proposed mechanism for managing the economic behavior of an enterprise will allow, taking into account its real capabilities, to adequately respond to internal and external changes in enterprises, taking into account the sensitivity of the type of economic activity to fluctuating disturbances, to change/correct/maintain the attractor of development in a timely manner and to improve the quality of managerial decision-making at the enterprise, making use of economic and mathematical methods.
