Abstract:
Eco-industrial parks are becoming increasingly important in the context of ensuring the economic security of Ukraine, especially in times of war. They are an important instrument for reducing dependence on energy imports, improving energy efficiency and sustainable development of industrial regions. The aim of this article is to study the potential of eco-industrial parks to attract investment and ensure the economic stability of Ukraine in the conditions of military hostilities. The objectives of the study include identifying key aspects of the successful implementation of the conception of eco-industrial parks, analyzing international experience in their development, as well as developing recommendations for adapting these models to Ukrainian conditions. The research methods combine system analysis using the induction of world practices and a model approach based on industrial symbiosis. The results of the study demonstrate that the implementation of the conception and the development of eco-industrial parks can contribute to the economic security of Ukraine by optimizing resource flows, reducing greenhouse gas emissions and improving the environmental situation in our country. In particular, through the integration of renewable energy sources and innovative technologies such as blockchain and smart contracts, it is possible to increase the transparency of transactions between park participants and reduce operational risks. The scientific novelty of the study lies in the fact that an approach to adapting the conception of eco-industrial parks in the conditions of wartime in Ukraine, where damaged infrastructure requires special attention to the efficiency of energy and resource use, is proposed. Prospects for further research include the development of a legislative framework to stimulate the creation of eco-industrial parks that meet international standards of sustainable development and are attractive to investors. Further implementation of the conception of eco-industrial parks will contribute not only to economic stability, but also to environmental sustainability, the creation of new jobs and the increase in the competitiveness of Ukrainian industrial enterprises in the world market. The conclusions of this study can be used to further improve approaches to industrial development in Ukraine, especially in the context of the integration of environmental technologies and renewable energy.

Keywords: economic security, eco-industrial parks, industrial symbiosis, sustainable development.
