Abstract: The article examines modern approaches to the creation and development of information platforms that support veterans in Ukraine. It is emphasized that, in the context of the full-scale war, the need for a comprehensive system for social and professional reintegration of individuals with combat experience has increased, encompassing medical, psychological, educational, and financial support. The aim of the study is to analyze the activities of State services and public initiatives in providing information for veterans and to identify directions for their development. It is determined that State digital services focus on providing information on social guarantees, benefits, educational, and financial programs, while veteran and volunteer organizations create online resources, educational courses, and psychological platforms aimed at helping veterans adapt to peaceful life conditions. Special attention is given to the results of sociological surveys, which indicate the existence of employment barriers for veterans, including employer bias, insufficient effectiveness of professional retraining and of psychological adaptation. Examples of government financial programs and educational initiatives in the IT sector, as well as psychosocial projects aimed at supporting veterans and their families, have been analyzed. Directions for developing information platforms are proposed, including integration of State and public services, personalization of educational programs according to labor market needs, the use of artificial intelligence technologies to individualize rehabilitation and job search pathways, and the expansion of the «veteran for veteran» mentorship practice. It is concluded that combining State resources and public initiatives forms the foundation for building a modern system of support for veterans, which will promote their integration and enhance the resilience of Ukrainian society.
