Abstract:
The article is dedicated to the analysis of the implementation of innovative financial instruments in Ukrainian companies, particularly using the example of ERP systems. The aim of the study is to analyze the implementation of innovative financial instruments, particularly ERP systems, in the activities of Ukrainian companies and to assess their impact on corporate financial management. The study aims to identify the main advantages, challenges, and prospects of integrating digital technologies into the financial sphere of enterprises. The research methodology is based on the analysis of ERP system implementation cases in leading Ukrainian companies («Nova Poshta», «Ukrenergo») using quantitative and qualitative methods: statistical analysis, surveys of financial managers, and comparative analysis of financial management efficiency before and after the implementation of digital solutions. The results of the study show that the implementation of ERP systems significantly increases the efficiency of financial management, reduces information processing costs, improves the transparency of financial operations, and lowers the risk of errors. However, the main barriers are the high cost of integration, the need for staff training, and the instability of legislative regulation of digital financial technologies. The research covers large businesses and partially the medium sector of the Ukrainian economy, where ERP systems are actively used. Further research may focus on developing strategies for adapting ERP solutions for small businesses and analyzing changes in regulatory frameworks to create a favorable environment for the digitalization of financial management. The results of the research can be used by enterprises planning the digital transformation of financial processes, as well as by government bodies for the development of financial technology regulation policies. The practical application of the recommendations will allow for the optimization of costs for the implementation of ERP systems and the improvement of corporate governance efficiency. The research expands the understanding of the impact of digital financial technologies on the economic efficiency of companies. The novelty of the work lies in conducting a comprehensive analysis of the implementation of ERP systems in the Ukrainian corporate sector, taking into account current challenges and opportunities.
