Abstract: The article is aimed to consider issues, processes and approaches to personnel planning of company, which is determined by the disposal of available labor resources, as an important prerequisite for personnel management. This establishes that the activities of any company are accompanied by phenomena and processes related to personnel planning, since only through human labor do significant achievements and advanced development occur through the achievement of goals. Using research methods, the levels of personnel security at the company were determined, which include the following: decomposition – substantiation in a single understanding of personnel management using such terms as "management", "personnel", "labor resources"; expert assessments – different points of view on personnel planning as an integral component of personnel management at the company were considered; comparison – was used to conduct analytical studies of changes and movements in the numerical composition of the company; extrapolation – as the calculation of recruitment and turnover rates. Hence, the ability of the personnel of the enterprise at any time and under the same conditions to maintain the cyclicality of operations and processes, and also decision-making, is revealed. This proves that through personnel planning, the integrity and significance of personnel management at the company is justified. Thus, the process of delegation of tasks and responsibilities by employees according to the appropriate qualification, professional level, experience and length of service is determined. A conclusion is developed, which confirms the essence of personnel planning according to the special role of employees who, through labor efforts, skills and abilities, and personal development, strive to gets all achievements.
