Abstract:
In modern conditions, Ukrainian production enterprises face the problems of overcoming organizational and economic difficulties. Developing an effective development strategy for enterprises under the current circumstances is extremely important for solving these problems. The aim of the article is to develop an effective development strategy for Ukrainian production enterprises in conditions of uncertainty. The article outlines a development strategy for production enterprises, the main components of which include expanding sales markets, managing the energy deficit, skilled workers, and reducing production costs. The article examines the features of forming and implementing development strategies for Ukrainian production enterprises during wartime. The article analyzes the main challenges faced by the real sector of the economy, including disruptions in logistics, resource shortages, security risks, and changes in market demand. Adaptive approaches to strategic planning have been considered, including decentralization of production, diversification of supplies, digital transformation, and a focus on the domestic market. In conditions of uncertainty, especially during wartime, strategic management of Ukrainian production enterprises becomes critically important. It is proved that the most effective strategies are flexible and adaptive, involving diversification of markets and suppliers, relocation of production capacities, development of digital management tools, and a focus on local resources. Strategic partnership with the State, international donors, and other business structures requires particular attention to ensure financial stability and access to critical resources. production enterprises that are able to transform their management models and invest in innovations during wartime demonstrate greater adaptability and readiness to participate in economic recovery processes. Therefore, in modern conditions, the strategic development of production enterprises must be based on the principles of sustainability, flexibility, innovation, and social responsibility, which will ensure their effective operation both during martial law and in the post-war recovery period.
