Abstract:
The study analyzes the plans for the post-war recovery of Ukraine's economy in the context of European integration, including the analysis of key numerical indicators, investment flows and modernization of critical infrastructure. The main factors influencing the recovery process are identified, including the scale of destruction, attraction of international capital, introduction of innovative technologies and structural reforms. The prospects for Ukraine's further integration into the European economic area are outlined, with a focus on expanding production potential, energy independence and creating a favorable investment climate that will contribute to sustainable economic growth and improve the quality of life of citizens. The article establishes that the post-war recovery of Ukraine's economy is a complex multilevel process that requires not only significant investments in infrastructure and production capacity, but also deep structural reforms, institutional changes, and integration into global economic processes. Special attention has been paid to the issues of digital transformation of the economy as one of the key factors of Ukraine's competitiveness in the European market. The article provides a forecast of key macroeconomic indicators for 2025–2027. It is determined that Ukraine will remain highly dependent on external financing in 2025–2027, and that there is a serious risk of a significant financial burden in the future if the country is supported in the form of loans rather than grants. Therefore, Ukraine needs to develop long-term financial stability instruments. The scientific value of the article lies in the analysis of the historical experience of post-war economic reconstruction and the identification of promising directions for the post-war strategy of Ukraine's economic development. The practical value of the article lies in the proposal of solutions to overcome the destructive factors of post-war reconstruction of Ukraine.

Keywords: post-war recovery, economy, European integration, infrastructure, business.
