Abstract: The article refines the conceptual foundations of crisis management by shifting from a reactive to a proactive management model, enabling enterprises not only to respond to threats but also to anticipate them, building resilience before critical events occur. The article synthesizes modern scientific approaches to ensuring business resilience under uncertainty, combining strategic planning, digital transformation, risk management, human capital development, and innovative technologies. A proactive crisis management framework is proposed, based on the «10 Steps to Enterprise Resilience» conception, encompassing five key areas: financial, human resources, organizational, informational, and innovation-technological. An integrated system of strategies is developed, interacting with each other to provide a comprehensive management model in the face of crisis challenges. The rationale for using innovative tools, including artificial intelligence, digital twins, IoT, blockchain, and RPA, to enhance the adaptability, flexibility, and predictability of managerial decisions has been substantiated. Key performance indicators (KPIs) have been defined to evaluate the effectiveness of implemented strategies across various areas of enterprise activity. Practical measures have been systematized for reserve formation, staff training, ensuring the continuity of business processes, communication transparency, and cybersecurity. Emphasis has been placed on the importance of post-crisis audits as the final stage of the management cycle, allowing for the identification of shortcomings, strategy adjustments, and improved readiness for future challenges. The logic of the management cycle has been aligned with practical tools, enabling enterprises to effectively adapt to changes, maintain functionality under crisis conditions, and use instability as a source of innovative growth.
Keywords: proactivity, uncertainty, crisis management, integrated strategies, enterprise resilience, proactive crisis management.
