Abstract:
The aim of the article is to theoretically substantiate and practically understand the role of cross-cultural management as a tool for increasing the efficiency of using the organization's human resources in the context of globalization and intercultural interaction, as well as to identify the main directions and mechanisms for its integration into the system of strategic personnel management. The article considers the relevant problem of forming and implementing cross-cultural management as an important tool for strategic management of human resources in the current context of globalization and growing intercultural interaction. In the context of increasingly widespread cultural diversity in the workplace, the authors emphasize the need to adapt managerial practices to a multicultural environment, which contributes to the harmonization of interpersonal relationships, the removal of cultural barriers and the increase in the productivity of organizations. An analysis of modern scientific research demonstrates that although the conception of cross-cultural management is widely covered in theory, its implementation into the system of strategic management of companies remains an insufficiently studied process. The urgent need to develop models that would take into account the balance between preserving the cultural identity of employees and forming a single corporate culture is identified. The article appeals to an interdisciplinary approach that combines the principles of strategic management, personnel management, and intercultural communication. The challenges associated with the transformation of the organizational structure, the development of digital culture, knowledge management, and the organization of virtual teams in the global workspace are considered. Special attention is paid to the role of corporate culture as a mechanism for socialization and motivation of staff in a multicultural environment. Thus, cross-cultural management is defined as a comprehensive management tool aimed at increasing the adaptability of organizations, creating unique competitive advantages and ensuring sustainable development in the context of globalization. The implementation of such approaches allows companies to effectively respond to the challenges of cultural diversity, improve teamwork and strengthen their image in the international arena.
