Abstract:
The aim of the article is to examine scientifically grounded approaches to implementing innovative-investment strategies aimed at improving enterprise management efficiency through optimizing communications and refining recruitment processes in the context of digital transformation. By analyzing the impact of digital transformation on enterprise development, it was found that modern business conditions require the systemic implementation of innovative-investment approaches across all areas of management. Special attention is given to the development of communications, the enhancement of recruitment processes, and the improvement of human resources management efficiency. It has been demonstrated that the combination of innovative technologies and strategic investments in human capital promotes the development of sustainable competitive advantages for enterprises, ensures their adaptability to dynamic market changes, and enables the creation of an efficient digital interaction system among all participants in business processes. The study identified the key mechanisms for digitalizing management decisions based on the use of artificial intelligence, cloud technologies, data analytics, and remote communication platforms. It is substantiated that innovative-investment approaches to recruitment provide more precise staff selection, enhance employee motivation, and contribute to the development of a corporate culture oriented towards continuous improvement. The importance of innovative-investment solutions as a crucial factor in enhancing enterprise management efficiency is highlighted, ensuring their competitiveness and sustainable development in the context of the digital economy.
