ATTENTION! Delivery of the article to the Editorial Office with the purpose of its publication means automatic agreement of the author(s) with conditions of the License Contract. PUBLICATION CONDITIONSIN THE «BUSINESS INFORM» JOURNAL(come into force from March 01, 2014) 1. The article should be structured in accordance with «Requirements to articles, which are submitted to the «Business Inform» journal». 2. The article is submitted to the Editorial Office to the electronic mail address: [email protected]. All communications with the Editorial Staff are carried out through this address. 3. The Editorial Board preserves the right to carry out editorial proof-reading of the article. 4. Publication of articles is carried out on the chargeable basis. Authors pay for pre-publication preparation of the article and copying the article based on UAH 50 for one standard page of A4 format (210x297 mm). Text should be typed with Times New Roman font, font size – 14, line spacing – 1.5, margins – 2 cm each. 5. The article, annotations, key words and information about the authors should be in the same file. ONLY THE ARTICLE AND LIST OF USED REFERENCES ARE INCLUDED INTO PAYMENT FOR PUBLICATION. MINIMUM VOLUME OF THE ARTICLE AND LIST OF USED REFERENCES HAS TO BE NOT LESS THAN 10 PAGES. 6. The author gets 1 (one) author’s copy of the journal (1 copy of the journal for 1 article). Additional copies of the journal could be purchased from the Publisher by preliminary order (specify in the end of the article or send the order by e-mail). 7. Articles of authors that do not have academic degree are considered only in the event of availability of the review (recommendation, assignment, reference) of the scientific adviser. Information about the scientific adviser (reviewer) is published in the journal after the text of the article (family name, first name, patronymic name, academic degree, place of employment, position, city, e-mail). 8. Each article passes three stages of control: 9. Editorial staff condemns signs of plagiarism in articles as violation of intellectual property rights and scientific ethics. In the event the article contains more than 25% of borrowed text without relevant references and quotation marks, the article is considered as such that contains plagiarism (please, see «Article Requirements» Clause 5.4). In this event the article is not considered and the author received first warning (if there is a scientific adviser, this scientific adviser is notified too). 10. The Editorial Board makes final decision with respect of a possibility to publish the article after external reviewing. In the event of positive decision on publication of the article, the author receives by e-mail relevant notification and invoice. Invoice is paid through cashless settlement in any bank branch. 11. Articles are published on the first-served basis based on the date of receit of the article by the editorial staff. Articles are admitted to the general queue only after receipt of confirmation of payment for the publication. 12. Each issue of the journal is signed for printing based on the decision of academic councils of the Founders in 20s of each month, the number of which corresponds with the issue number (No. 1 in January, No. 2 in February and so on). 13. During 15 – 20 of each month the previous month issue of the journal is published at the journal web-site. 14. Copy of the journal with a published article is sent to the authors by post (only to those that live outside Kharkiv) or handed in the Editorial Office (to Kharkiv citizens). 15. Printing and dispatch of the journal is carried out from 20 until 28 of each month. |
