Public-private partnership in innovation sector (p. 78 - 80)
In the article main factors holding back innovative development are described. Public-private partnership is shown as one of the solutions of existing problems. Essence of PPP is revealed and benefits for public and private sector are con-sidered. Most spread in Russia forms of PPP are described.
