Abstract:
The article updates the issues of ensuring financial stability in the system of sustainable functioning and development of economic entities. It is argued that the financial stability of the enterprise should be considered much more widely than only the issue of the formation of a rational capital structure of the enterprise. The aim of the study is to generalize and further develop the conceptual principles and provisions of a managerial nature (challenges and strengthening tools) in the system of managing the financial stability of the enterprise in the conditions of the crisis. It is shown that the full-scale war led to a significant weakening of the financial stability of domestic enterprises. The leading components of the financial stability of business entities that have weakened and also need to be strengthened in the conditions of the existing systemic crisis are indicated. It is about financial independence, financial risks and threats, maneuverability of own capital, quality of financial and economic relations with financial partners and counterparties. It is proved that in order to restore financial stability, as well as to improve the financial and economic condition and viability and economic security of domestic business, the top management of domestic business entities should implement a systemic set of measures, including: business diversification; the search for new ways of generating income and equity; optimization of business resources; redistribution of capital to more productive areas; insurance against military risks and threats; replacement of banking lending; cooperation with critical counterparties in the field of monitoring and guaranteeing their financial stability; maintaining the necessary volume and level of working capital; transition from investing long-term assets to shorter-term capital investment projects; supporting business activity through outsourcing; substitution of investments at the expense of monetary funds in other forms; conducting joint monitoring activities with buyers and consumers for the development of their financial literacy; concluding long-term contracts with various contractors – suppliers of elements of the material, technical and technical-technological base of production.
