Abstract:
The article updates the issues of effective financial and economic management of business entities. In the focus of attention are issues of economic sustainability of the enterprise as its ability to attract, rationally place and effectively use resources, guarantee sustainable, stable and efficient activity of the business entity over a long period of time. It is shown that these issues are critically relevant in conditions of high instability and economic turbulence. The aim of the study is to generalize and further develop the methodological and applied principles of managing the economic stability of enterprises in turbulent conditions. It is proved that in order to strengthen and ensure the proper level of economic sustainability of domestic enterprises in the context of a high level of turbulence, the top management of enterprises should implement a systemic policy, the formation of which involves the step-by-step implementation of a set of measures in the following sequence: 1) making a decision on careful planning and implementation of a proactive policy of strengthening and guaranteeing the economic sustainability of the enterprise; 2) development and coordination of corporate strategy and annual plans in accordance with the key issues of economic sustainability of business; 3) planning and implementation of operational-tactical measures to strengthen economic sustainability; 4) development and implementation of a system of internal and external monitoring, as well as information and analytical support for system diagnostics of the economic sustainability of the enterprise. It is asserted that direct practical measures of State policy should be implemented in such directions as: 1) financial (strengthening of financial security, use of reserve and insurance funds, etc.); 2) intellectual and personnel (strengthening of intellectual and personnel security, application of remote employment methods and innovative forms of employment, etc.); 3) technical-technological and material-technical base (technological modernization of production, creation and implementation of technological innovations, development of cooperation practices in the field of investment and innovation activities, etc.); 4) marketing, logistics and sales (increasing the level of quality and competitiveness of products, expanding the range of Internet marketing methods, integration into the system of sales networks and logistics systems, etc.); 5) optimization and diversification of investment activity, sources of formation of financial resources and assets, enterprise expenses, elements of the system of supply of raw materials and sales of products, types of economic activity of the enterprise).
