Abstract: The article examines the features of investment support for enterprises in modern economic conditions, characterized by dynamic changes, globalization, and technological progress. Key aspects affecting the formation and implementation of enterprises' investment strategies are explored, including diversification of funding sources, focus on innovative projects, consideration of environmental and social factors, globalization of investment processes, and digitalization. Modern trends in investment support are analyzed, requiring enterprises to adopt a comprehensive approach that considers not only financial aspects but also innovative, environmental, and social factors. It is determined that effective investment management becomes a critically important success factor in the context of increasing competition and rapid technological changes. The impact of globalization on investment processes is studied, highlighting how it creates new opportunities for enterprises while demanding greater flexibility and adaptability. The role of digitalization in transforming investment processes is examined, including the use of Big Data for analyzing investment opportunities, implementation of automated investment portfolio management systems, and the application of blockchain technologies. A comprehensive approach to managing investment activities is analyzed, encompassing various aspects of support—from human resources to financial and economic factors. Key tasks of effective investment management are identified including: determining the main directions of investment activity; assessing the investment attractiveness of projects; optimizing the structure of investment resources, and monitoring investment activities. The necessity of forming an efficient investment management system is substantiated, incorporating personnel, legal, informational-technical, organizational, methodological, and financial-economic support. The importance of adapting enterprises' investment policies to contemporary challenges is emphasized to ensure long-term development and enhance competitiveness.
