Abstract:
The aim of the article is to analyze the impact of the process of intellectualization on the innovative development of entrepreneurial activity of economic entities in turbulent conditions. According to the results of the carried out study, it is found that intellectualization plays an important role in the formation of an innovative environment and ensuring competitive advantages for the active development of economic entities. The article analyzes an aggregate of approaches to the definition of the concept of «intellectualization». On the basis of the carried out analysis, the author’s own definition of the concept of «intellectualization» is formed as follows: it is the process of effective use of the intellect of an individual or a group of individuals through the production of innovative knowledge, the use of a creative approach and the introduction of creative technologies for the formation of effective tasks aimed at achieving the tactical and strategic goals of development of economic entities. A scientific and practical approach to determining the level of influence of the process of intellectualization on the innovative development of entrepreneurial activity of economic entities through the prism of the main functions of entrepreneurship is proposed. On the basis of the analysis, it is determined that the process of intellectualization should be considered in the analysis of not only the innovation function, but also other functions of entrepreneurship. With the help of the analysis, it is found that intellectualization should be considered in symbiosis with the concepts of «creativity» and «motivation». For this purpose, the creative aspects of the process of intellectualization, which affect the development of economic entities, were considered in detail. Separately, the ways of development of the innovative and creative environment of economic entities have been studied and suggested. The study emphasizes the importance of developing intellectualization, creativity, creatively oriented corporate culture by economic entities to ensure high productivity, efficiency and competitiveness in the global market environment. Through the development of intellectualization and creativity, economic entities can adapt to the challenges of the modern environment, develop the potential abilities of staff and become more competitive in domestic and foreign markets.
