Abstract: The article examines the organizational aspects of the implementation of the strategy for managing the energy security of enterprises in the context of growing instability in the global energy markets. It is determined that modern challenges such as climate change, fluctuations in energy prices and the growth of relevant risks and threats require comprehensive management strategies that go beyond traditional energy management. The article analyzes the impact of various factors on the state of energy security, focuses on the importance of integrating the latest technologies and risk management. The need for constant formation of strategic thinking in the conditions of dynamism of the external environment is highlighted, which emphasizes the importance of scientific approaches in the development of effective solutions to ensure the energy sustainability of enterprises. It is proved that the model of interaction between enterprises, State bodies and organizations and scientific institutions is objectively necessary in the creation of regional initiatives to increase energy sustainability. Particular attention is paid to the importance of a corporate culture focused on energy efficiency, as well as the need to train staff in the implementation of innovative technologies. The article emphasizes that enterprises that can adapt their strategies to new conditions will gain competitive advantages. It is also noted that systems for monitoring and managing energy flows can significantly reduce risks and increase the overall efficiency in use of energy recources. The study demonstrates that the effective organization of the implementation of strategic management of energy security is a key factor for the successful functioning of enterprises in the context of global instability and determines the further development of theoretical and practical aspects in this area. The study deepens the existing approaches in the field of energy security, offering new conceptions that take into account modern challenges, as well as combines various aspects of strategic management, which allows creating a holistic model of energy security management of the enterprise. The development of new theoretical approaches to risk management and the integration of technologies in energy security management contributes to the formation of a new paradigm in scientific research. The study provides enterprises with specific managerial recommendations on the creation and implementation of effective energy security management strategies, taking into account modern challenges. The implementation of the developed conceptions will significantly increase the energy sustainability of enterprises, reducing the risks associated with the use of energy resources. The results of the study are suggested as a basis for the formation of interaction between enterprises, government agencies and scientific institutions, which will ensure more effective management of energy security. The article verifies the need to introduce innovative technologies into the production processes of energy systems, which can significantly improve not only energy efficiency, but also the overall competitiveness of enterprises in this industry. The research has significant theoretical and practical value in the energy security management system, offering innovative solutions for enterprises that face challenges in ensuring energy stability.
