Abstract: The article presents a review of scientific publications on the impact of artificial intelligence on organizational behavior. A generalized analysis of Ukrainian scientific articles on this topic was conducted. The preliminary review of Ukrainian literature revealed a predominance of conceptual and review approaches, a limited number of empirical studies, and a fragmented coverage of the behavioral aspects of AI use in organizations. The main research directions, limitations, and potential areas for further development of domestic scientific thought were allocated. The rationale for reviewing the English-language literature over the past two years is substantiated. A brief explanation of the concept of «organizational behavior» is provided, and its graphical representation is proposed based on literature analysis. English-language articles were selected for further analysis and discussion. The analysis of English-language literature showed greater methodological diversity compared to domestic scientific articles. Thematically, these publications cover the impact of AI on individual productivity, decision-making, team dynamics, employees’ psychological responses, ethical risks, changing roles, and digital competence. The English-language studies have also noted the growing focus on generative models as tools for supporting communication, creativity, and analytics. Additionally, the specifics of AI implementation in different economic sectors and the influence of cultural and regulatory factors on organizational adaptation have been analyzed. It has been found that most English-language studies adopt a multidisciplinary approach, combining managerial, psychological, and technological aspects. Attention has been drawn to the importance of employees’ socio-psychological adaptation to technology, which determines the effectiveness of AI integration. The need for further development of empirical research and the creation of practical models for assessing the impact of AI on organizational behavior has been emphasized. The key directions for further research that require development in the Ukrainian scientific context have been outlined. The presented results provide a basis for the further advancement of scientific approaches to the study of human–machine interaction in organizations.
