Abstract:
The aim of the research is to identify and systematize the types of relationships between stakeholders in the process of creating shared value (CSV). The analysis of scientific research confirms the key role of stakeholders in the formation and implementation of CSV strategies, as their interaction affects the efficiency of processes in the long term. Along with this, the lack of a clear typology of stakeholder relationships complicates the understanding of the mechanisms of their interaction and the implementation of appropriate strategies, which can negatively impact their efficiency. To achieve the set aim, an analysis of cases from various industries, including mining, energy, pharmaceuticals, construction, and telecommunications, was conducted. The study covers countries in Latin America, Europe, Asia, and Africa, which allows for a broad context of stakeholder interaction and consideration of regional features. The analysis identified six main types of stakeholder relationships. The stimulation of innovation and knowledge exchange occurs through the collaboration of companies with scientific institutions, government bodies, and non-governmental organizations to develop technological solutions. Ensuring sustainable development and social impact involves initiatives that contribute to improving the quality of life in communities and reducing environmental burdens. The development of local ecosystems consists of creating industry clusters to enhance the efficiency of production chains and promote economic growth. Preventing conflicts and reducing risks are related to establishing communication between business, government, and the public. Aligning business goals with societal needs helps adapt company strategies to societal challenges, enhancing their reputation and competitiveness. Strengthening cooperation and trust is ensured through open dialogue and transparency. Research results indicate that active interaction between stakeholders contributes to the successful implementation of shared value creation strategies, reducing social and economic risks, enhancing company competitiveness, and regional development. The proposed systematization of relationship types can serve as an analytical tool for developing corporate stakeholder management strategies and facilitate the more effective integration of the CSV concept into company business models.

Keywords: relationships between stakeholders, creating shared value, types of relationships between stakeholders, sustainable development, corporate social responsibility.
