Abstract:
The aim of the article is to define the goals and objectives of using information technologies and to develop an algorithm for integrating digital technologies into the enterprise management system. By analyzing scientific works, analytical reports, and statistical data on the dynamics of information system implementation in the management process, general trends in the digitalization of business processes are identified. The study shows that during the period from 2021 to 2023, there has been a steady increase in the share of enterprises with a high level of digital intensity, confirming the active use of technologies such as cloud computing, artificial intelligence, big data, automated management systems, and machine learning. The introduction of these technologies contributes to resource optimization, accelerated data processing, increased productivity, and improved decision-making. As a result of the study, the goals and objectives of digitalizing the enterprise management system are allocated, based on which the algorithm for the process of integrating digital technologies into the business processes of enterprises is formed. The proposed algorithm contributes to increasing the efficiency of operational activities, optimizing resources, and enhancing the competitiveness of the enterprise in the digital economy. The author emphasizes that in the current conditions of digital business transformation, the effective implementation of information technologies is a key factor in increasing productivity, optimizing costs, and ensuring the sustainable development of enterprises. Future research prospects include the development of adaptive algorithms for integrating digital technologies that take into account the specifics of various business sectors, as well as the analysis of the impact of new technologies such as artificial intelligence, blockchain, and others on the efficiency of enterprise management. Special attention should be paid to issues of cybersecurity and the resilience of digital systems to external threats.
