Abstract:
In the conditions of war and the lack of various types of resources in the defense sphere, an important problem arises in assessing the existing capabilities of the defense forces, analyzing the capabilities of the Armed Forces of Ukraine that need to be developed or disposed of, the level of possible losses (damage) of the capabilities of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and determining the scenario for their use. In addition, it is necessary to focus on the effectiveness of labor management, the management system of scenarios based on the optimal capabilities of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, as well as the mechanism for managing the risks that arise in the military sphere and the peculiarities of the management of the innovation sphere. All this leads to the necessity to generalize to generalize and allocate the main indicators of the functioning of the resource support of the defense forces. Therefore, the study of this topic is important and relevant in modern realities. The article focuses on the concept of resource provision, the peculiarities of assessing in the system of optimal resource provision of the defense forces, the relationship of components, criteria and indicators of the functioning of the resource provision of the defense forces. To increase the efficiency of the resource support of the defense forces, it is proposed to take measures at the State level that are determined by the anti-corruption program in this area, namely: to solve the problems of non-transparent and inefficient use and disposal of land belonging to the defense sector and other real estate objects included in the military-industrial complex, to carry out effective control over the consumption of fuel purchased for the needs of the Armed Forces, to introduce a transparent system of procurement of works, goods and services and to implement an effective model of control of products that have a defense purpose during their production.
