Mechanism for Increase of Level of the Socially Responsible Activity of Enterprises of Ukraine (p. 69 - 74)
In the article provisions of the concept of social responsibility of the Ukrainian enterprises are summarized. As result of a study, mechanism for increase of level of the corporate social responsibility was formed, which includes both principles and factors – incentives of influence on the level of social responsibility, tools for raising the level of social responsibility depending on subjects of social oriented activities, and results of implementation of the conception of social responsibility. This mechanism can be used by enterprises and other actors of social oriented activities for better understanding of the conception of social responsibility of the business (CSB), as well as tools for implementation of the conception. For the development of social responsibility of the business in Ukraine necessary is, first of all, that substance of this notion is explained to the society, efforts of the business and the State are joined by establishing of common social programs to address the urgent needs of the society and to prevent emergence of new crises. On part of the State this means creation of a favorable investment climate, predictability and stability of the «rules of game», transparency of information, establishing of a mechanism for civilized lobbying of the business interests and an open dialog with the business about the development of the country.
