Factors of Establishing the Fair Business Practices of Corporations in the Contemporary Economy (p. 65 - 70)
The article is concerned with studying problems of the fair business practice from different methodological positions that, in the opinion of the authors, need to be more precised. The fair business practice is a process which is carried out at both the macro and micro levels, therefore the aim of this publication is analyzing the impact of the fair business practices on the common economic processes in Ukraine's economy. It has been proven that in the Ukrainian reality weakness of the institutional environment and political instability narrow horizons of business planning and substantially reduce incentives to implement a strategy of long-term growth of the cost of companies, in particular through the improvement of the fair business practice. It has been substantiated that the practical implementation of the fair business practice is carried out by means of introduction of a number of social programs of corporations, aimed at the solution of issues in the workplace, and at normalizing relations with the external stakeholders.
