Abstract:
Enterprise transformation represents not only the modernization of technology, but also a profound rethinking of the way we do business to improve its efficiency, competitiveness and sustainability. Transformation can include digital transformation, organizational change, innovation in products and services, and adaptation to external changes. The aim of the article is to study and analyze methods for managing the transformation of enterprises on the basis of digital coherence. The article considers methods for managing the transformation of enterprises, among which it is expedient to highlight the ADKAR change model, John Kotter’s model, flexible change management, lean transformation, and digital transformation. In the course of the study of methods for managing the transformation of enterprises based on digital coherence, it became obvious that successful transformation requires not only the modernization of technologies, but also a deep rethinking of business processes. It is verified that the integrated use of the aforementioned methods of transformation management will lead to better efficiency of activities of economic entities. The model of enterprise transformation management based on digital coherence is illustrated, which is based on four main blocks – the main management functions in the context of enterprise transformation management; digital coherence as the basis of digital transformation; the positive effects of digital transformation and the main obstacles to digital coherence. The definition of the concept of «digital coherence» by various economists is analyzed and the authors’ own interpretation of this term as the coherence and integration of digital initiatives and technologies within the organization is presented. It is concluded that the introduction of digital coherence and the use of integrated methods for managing the transformation of enterprises allows not only to adapt to changing conditions, but achieve significant results in increasing productivity and creating new business opportunities.
