Abstract: The aim of the article is to substantiate the image features of the enterprise, which includes determining the value of goodwill and conducting an expert assessment of the professional and business qualities of the individual when assigning management processes. On this basis, it is proven that the existence of an image for each enterprise is of great importance for carrying out its own activities, as well as its effectiveness and relevant achievements. Using research methods, those components that make it possible to establish the image of the enterprise are revealed, which includes: when making a comparison by conducting an expert assessment of the criteria by which the professional and business qualities of the head of the enterprise are revealed; measuring the image of the enterprise by determining the value of its goodwill; by systematization, the main methodological calculations for establishing the image of the enterprise in terms of value are reflected, to which the mission of the enterprise and risk analysis are added. This proves the high importance of the image for each enterprise, which underlies its role in achieving goals with the use of methodological foundations and objects by which the economic effect is calculated in relation to the financial and economic indicators intended for this. Thus, the financial component is substantiated, which characterizes the image of the enterprise as its ability to calculate its own value, which can be proven to representatives of business circles, investors and interested parties. This also includes the definition of the professional and business qualities of the manager and the predictability of the employee’s attitude towards the performance of duties in accordance with the mission of the enterprise. It was thus revealed that the image of the enterprise, in accordance with its own characteristics, directly affects significant results and an increase in profits along with obtaining significant achievements, and after that – the involvement of the necessary subjects in conducting direct activities.
