Abstract:
The article explores the essence of developing a management model for enterprise growth in a turbulent market environment, where the importance of strategic flexibility, timely adaptation, and the enterprise’s capacity to ensure sustainable operation is increasing. The authors argue that modern enterprises evolve under significant uncertainty, rapid technological changes, heightened competitive pressure, and the transformation of market structures, which necessitates the use of combined management approaches. Based on an analysis of fundamental development conceptions – classical, strategic, innovative, systemic, competence-based, and adaptive – the article emphasizes the need to integrate them to construct a universal model capable of ensuring enterprise efficiency amid a changing market. Particular attention is given to defining and structuring the criteria for assessing enterprise development, which include financial, productive, market, innovation, resource, and socio-organizational indicators. The rationale for using quantitative analysis methods, including indicators of profitability, liquidity, asset turnover, material yield, labor productivity, market share, diversification level, innovation activity, and resource turnover, is substantiated. The article proposes a dynamic integrated development model based on the combination of strategic planning, systematic monitoring, and adaptive resource management. Its key feature is the integration of quantitative indicators with mechanisms for prompt response to changes in the external environment. The proposed model has significant practical value, as it enables the combination of a strategic vision for development with operational management mechanisms, contributes to enhancing enterprise resilience, improving the monitoring system, and increasing the ability to respond promptly to external changes.
