Abstract:
In today’s conditions of global challenges and internal economic transformations in Ukraine, the issues of forming an efficient mechanism for managing the innovative development of enterprises are extremely relevant. This is particularly related to the need for domestic entities of entrepreneurial activity to adapt to the challenges of the modern economy, digitalization, and global market changes. There is an urgent need for the development of systemic, adaptive management models, the integration of innovations into development strategies, and the utilization of organizational-economic, informational, and financial mechanisms to stimulate innovation. The article examines and systematizes the theoretical foundations of managing the innovative development of entrepreneurial entities, with an emphasis on the formation of an efficient management mechanism that aligns with the strategic goal of enhancing the competitiveness of the enterprise in an unstable and dynamic external environment. Its aim is to summarize existing theoretical advancements regarding the management mechanism for the innovative development of business entities. The objectives proposed in the article are carried out through the application of a range of general scientific and specialized methods that ensure a comprehensive analysis of the significance of the financial mechanism in innovative management at Ukrainian enterprises. In particular, the significance of innovative activity in ensuring the competitiveness of modern business entities is reflected, including the content of the mechanism for managing innovative development and its role in ensuring the sustainable development of enterprises, the key components of the innovation management mechanism, and the place of digitalization in the modern system of managing innovative development. A brief overview of the dynamics of innovation activity indicators among business entities in Ukraine is provided, highlighting problematic links in the management mechanism of innovative development of domestic enterprises, outlining prospects for improving the efficiency of this mechanism and innovation management in the business environment of Ukraine as a whole.
