Methods of Forsyth as a Tool for Development of the Corporate Sector of the National Economy of Ukraine (p. 62 - 68)

The article is aimed to study of methods of Forsyth in the regulation of the corporate sector of the national economy of Ukraine. In the article the content of Forsyth as process for designing the future scenario for solving the challenges of the medium-and long-term perspectives are presented, which is based on methods for evaluation, tools for creating and adjusting the priorities of social and economic development, that should lead to the integrated introduction of initiatives and achievement of the defined goals. Opportunities for using methods of Forsyth in regulation of the corporate sector of the national economy of Ukraine were analyzed. Expediency of implementation of Forsyth research in forming the State mechanism for the regulation of the corporate relations has been substantiated. An introduction of a State Forsyth-Center as a tool for State regulation of the corporate sector of the national economy of Ukraine has been proposed. It has been determined that Forsyth in the regulation of the corporate sector of the national economy of Ukraine is the technology for the national selection of new directions of the State policies, identification of key technologies, necessary social transformations and managerial decisions that define the development prospects for corporations, serve the consolidation and harmonization of interests of the participants in the corporate relations.
