The Tools of the Economic Mechanism for Development of Rural Areas as a Precondition for Leveling the Spatio-Territorial Disparities in the Socio-Economic Security of Ukraine (p. 167 - 171)
The article proves the relevance of using the tools that will provide in a short period solving a number of economic problems in the rural areas and thus leveling the spatio-territorial disparities in the socio-economic security of Ukraine. The systemic problems that hinder the development of rural economy and create threats to the socio-economic security of the State have been determined. The article identifies the directions (organizational-economic, financial, investment, logistics) and the tools of the economic mechanism for development of rural areas in the context of leveling the spatio-territorial disparities in the socio-economic security of Ukraine. The experience of the EU Member States in the development of the rural areas has been described.
