This article analyzes current approaches measure the effectiveness of the company. The technique of identifying problems in production and business enterprises on the basis of a balanced scorecard. A feature of this technique is that the Balanced Scorecard is used to identify currently existing problem in the functioning of the company and find the best options to address them.
