State Regulation of Mandatory Types of Insurance: Ways of Perfection (p. 35 - 40)
The article offers directions of perfection of state regulation of mandatory insurance. It substantiates a necessity of a methodical approach to determination of insurance tariffs for mandatory insurance with the use of stimulating regulation. It offers an algorithm of introduction of mandatory types of insurance and algorithm of state-private partnership in the field of mandatory insurance.
