A Generalization of the Conceptual Foundation of Organizational-Economic Mechanism and Instruments of State Structural Policy of Import Substitution (p. 40 - 44)
In the article the urgency of clarifying the theoretical principles of state regulation of import in Ukraine is grounded. The results of conceptual studies on common characteristics, mechanisms and instruments of state policy of import substitution were generalized. The need for clarification was proved and own definition of the concept of organizational-economic mechanism of state regulation of the structural policy of import substitution was provided. The study identified targets and direction of structural regulation of economic relationships that are subject to state regulation of the structural policy of import substitution. Organizational and economic directions of the organizational-economic mechanism of regulation of import were established, as well as their effective tools were determined for groups: stimulating domestic production and discourage imports.
