Abstract:
The article is aimed at substantiating the scientific and practical aspects of the impact of intellectualization on the management of the potential of enterprises in the digital environment. As a result of the study, it was found that the development of the potential of enterprises through intellectualization is one of the strategic priorities in the context of sustainable development in the transition of the economy to Industry 5.0. Intellectual resources, knowledge, technology, and innovation enable businesses to increase productivity, use resources efficiently, and remain competitive in a dynamic market environment. It is substantiated that the introduction of innovations at industrial enterprises is a rather significant element of the general management system, since success, growth, long-term development and maintenance of competitive positions are thus ensured. The types of intellectualization are singled out according to the directions of its implementation, namely: technological, social, environmental, economic, management, in education, business, everyday life. The worldwide trends in the use of intellectual potential, which are a guideline for the introduction into the activities of enterprises, are generalized. To improve the situation regarding the implementation of innovative products in Ukraine, it is necessary to implement a comprehensive approach that includes State support, financial incentives, development of innovation infrastructure and business attraction. It is proved that intellectualization in the digital environment opens up large opportunities for the development of enterprises, but requires a clear strategy and readiness for change. Prospects for further scientific research in this scientific direction are the development of a system for managing the development of intellectual capital in the face of modern challenges.
