The Methodological Foundations of Studying the State Financing for the Agrarian Sector of Economy as Part of Its Financial Ensuring (p. 224 - 229)
The article is aimed at formulating methodological foundations of studying the State financing for the agrarian sector of the national economy in the context of its financial ensuring, which also includes budgetary financing and the State financial support. The authors have proposed their own interpretation of meaning of the concept of «the State financing of the agrarian sector of economy», according to results of an comparative analysis of the existing theoretical approaches to defining the concepts of «financial security», «financing» and «the State support for the agrarian sector». The State financing of the agrarian sector of economy is a form of financial ensuring, which is implemented through permanent and compensation-free transfer of budgetary means to cover the program-target costs for its financial support by the State, according to the requirements of the WTO. Prospects for further research in this direction are improving the methodological support of evaluation of efficiency of the State financing for the agrarian sector and elaborating ways for optimizing, as well as formulating directions of its development in the future.
