The Problems of Clustering of the National Economy and Ways of their Solution (p. 73 - 78)
The article is aimed at identifying problems of clustering of the national economy of Ukraine and formation of actual directions for their solution. The concept of clustering is discussed and the level of clustering of the national economy is researched. The problems of clustering of the national economy, which are generalized by the following groups, have been identified: economic (low level of economic development, outdated technologies); innovative (low innovation activity, lack of proper innovation infrastructure); legislative (lack of proper regulatory and legal support for clustering); political (political instability, high level of corruption); personnel (shortage of specialists in cluster management, lack of clustering experience); informational (lack of proper information support for clustering). A number of measures for their solution has been proposed (development of investment and venture funds, investment programs, formation of legislative initiatives on clustering of the national economy, creation of institutional environment, stimulation of cluster formations, development of human capital, etc.) to be implemented in the development of a uniform State cluster policy.
