Scientific Support for Innovation Development of Agrarian Sector (p. 143 - 149)
The article is aimed at analyzing the scientific support for agrarian production, as well as development of conceptual frameworks for its further development. The article proposes performance indicators of innovative activity in the agrarian sector on the basis of which, using the hierarchy analysis method, scientific support is determined as the main factor. The structurally-logical scheme for researching the major constituents of the scientific potential, i.e., research organizations, financial and staff provision of the agrarian science, has been determined. Dynamics of these constituents' availability and use has been analyzed, also a conceptual framework for development of the scientific support of the innovation activity has been outlined as a set of goals, objectives and conditions of their implementation. Prospect for further research in this area is development of activities towards formation of an adequate infrastructure of the innovative market, capable of providing rapid and effective transfer of innovations.
