The Institutional Ensuring the Public-Private Partnership in the Sphere of Innovative Development of the Agrarian Economy of Ukraine (p. 212 - 223)

The article is aimed at developing proposals for solving the problem of institutional ensuring the development of the public-private agro-partnership in Ukraine in the sphere of implementation of innovative projects. The article substantiates expediency of the sectoral conception of developing public-private partnership for purposes of innovative development of the agrarian economy by identifying specific trends in development of the agri-environmental systems. Using the technique of road mapping, the authors have elaborated a structural-logical schema of zones with institutional responsibility of stakeholders together with the detailed information cards of the strategic objectives for improving the system of training, professional development and distance training of personnel in the agricultural sector of economy; improvements of farming techniques as well as intensive introduction of innovative technologies in order to improve the performance of agrarian producers; development of online trading, transport and logistics systems for marketing of agricultural products; improving competitiveness of the entrepreneurial agrarian sector and ensuring the large-scale access of agribusiness entities to both the domestic and the external markets of agricultural products with an emphasis on quality certification in the value-added chain.
