The economic information utility function: features of design and use (p. 23 - 26)
This paper proposes an approach to building multi-criteria utility function of economic information. The choice of the criteria is motivated, proposed a one-dimensional utility function for each of the criteria, and is dealt a multidimensional utility function of information.
